Mandasa:
It is 26 KM away from Sompeta town. It is situated at the feet of mahendragiri hills and it is endowed with pandav gutta (mound), is one among noticeable. There was a saying that Pandavas here alone were in their Agnatavasam (living incognito). Here Sivaratri is observed philosophically. Sri Varahaswami temple here is also to be detected.
